🌳 We're thrilled to welcome back Park Yoga Lytham this season.

📅 Sessions are an hour and start at 9.30am on 3rd May and run every Sunday morning for 20 weeks.

💚 If you have not experienced Park Yoga, it is a great way to try yoga for the first time. You don’t have to take part in the whole session, many people take moments of rest and enjoy the fresh air while watching the clouds go by.

💚 There's no need to book.

💚 Bring a yoga mat if you have one, but if you don’t, a towel or blanket is perfect.

🔥 According to Nicola’s tracker, last Monday’s yoga class at St Annes YMCA burned close to 300 calories.
🧡 I love the feeling you get after a more dynamic yoga class.
🧘 A real union of mind, body and soul, not to mention the improvement in sleep quality!

As tomorrow is the Chinese New Year, tonight’s class will be a little different. We will close the twelve year cycle in a way that will prepare us for the incoming transition of energy. A kind of energetic cleanup, that will release stagnant energy but in a way that should feel gentle, reflective and unforced. I can’t wait. See you on the mat 🙏

Today’s class invited us to move away from ‘doing’ and into ‘being’. Always good to have a reminder, especially at this time of year and stage in the moon cycle ☺️ 🧘 🌙
