The 28th of February will always hold both love and loss for us — your birthday, and the anniversary of the day we said goodbye.

This photo feels especially fitting to share. You, in your prime, doing what you loved most. The care, the dignity, the quiet pride you carried in your work — it’s something that has never left us.

So much of what we do today is because of the foundations you built. Your standards, your compassion, your dedication to families… they continue to guide us every single day.
