🌿 Celebrating Social Prescribing Day! 🌿

Today we’re proud to celebrate the difference social prescribing makes in our community — helping people connect, build friendships, and feel supported. One of the places we see its impact every week is our Men’s Group, where conversation, laughter, and companionship make all the difference.
If you’re new to the area, looking to meet new people, or just fancy a chat and a brew, you’re always welcome.

The workshop yard resonated with the sounds of "The Cutting Crew" this morning, no not the 1980s rock band, it was Dean on the chop saw and Peter on the table saw taking advantage of the dry weather to take the dusty job outside.

They have been working on parts for our colourful Ladybird, Butterfly and Bee Houses that our Tuesday afternoon group are making for the benefit of our local community groups. It was just Deans second session with us this morning, but he was straight into life at the workshop with a quick coffee, chat and then onto the saw. Peters been with us from day one and he is one of our go to guys for tricky jobs.

We also had a visit from Dawn and Michelle from our local social prescribing team pop in for a update, always good to see them Lytham St Annes Together

Our Stronger Together group continues to make such a difference to those experiencing bereavement — and we couldn’t be prouder of the supportive, welcoming space our team creates every week.
