💜 March is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month in the UK

This March the national campaign is to raise awareness of symptoms and support the approximately 7,400–7,500 women diagnosed every year.

If you’re worried about ovarian cancer, remember the B.E.A.T. signs:

🔹 Bloating that doesn’t go away
🔹 Eating less / feeling full quickly
🔹 Abdominal or tummy pain
🔹 Toilet changes (needing to wee more often)

If you notice any of these symptoms persisting, speak to a GP. Trust your instincts — you know your body best. 💜

For confidential information, support, or signposting, contact Target Ovarian Cancer’s nurse-led support line:

🔷March is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month 🔷

Did you know that in the UK, 1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime?
For Black men, the risk is even higher—1 in 4.
If you are a trans woman or non‑binary person assigned male at birth, you also need to be aware of prostate cancer and its symptoms. Early detection can save lives.
