Some thoughts….
Had the world has been feeling heavy lately,?There’s so much noise… so much uncertainty…
and it can quietly pull us out of ourselves.
Into worry. Into fear. Into just… getting through the day.

And without even noticing,
we can begin to put our dreams, our desires… even our joy… on hold.

Telling ourselves,
“I’ll come back to me when things feel calmer.”

But the truth is…
life doesn’t really calm down out there.
It asks us to find our calm within.

Because when we give all our energy to what we can’t control,
we slowly disconnect from our own power.

And that power…
is your creativity, your intuition, your inner knowing.

It’s the part of you that already knows the life you’re here to live.

You were never meant to just cope with the world.
You were meant to create within it.
To feel, to expand, to choose… even when things feel uncertain.

So today is a gentle invitation…
to come back to yourself.

To soften out of survival mode…
and reconnect with what feels true for you.

Not what the world is doing…
but what your heart is asking for.

Because that’s where your power is.

And it’s still here… waiting for you.

These five principles are one of the core foundations of the Reiki system, alongside practices such as hands-on healing, sacred symbols and attunements.

Although Reiki is widely known as a method of energy healing through the hands, the Reiki principles remind us that true healing begins within the mind and heart.
