Micro breaks, where desk workers incorporate movement into their day, can be so effective at reducing tension and tightness.
Stop in the name of love ✋ ❤️: extend your arm out in front of you, with your wrist flexed like a stop motion, as per this classic dance position. Use your other hand to extend your fingers backward slightly. You should feel a great stretch along the forearm. (people with hyper mobility should take care not to overextend here).
