A little about me:

I’m a clinical massage therapist in St Annes, helping people in pain to move more freely.

Most of my clients have chronic pain and injuries (work, lifestyle or sports related) so I work with them to improve their range of motion and get them as pain free as possible for as long as possible.

There’s no better feeling than helping someone to do what they love.

My client, a former dancer, had suffered with back pain for over 30 years. Even hanging the washing out brought about pain.

We worked together, aiming to increase her range of motion and reduce her pain within 6 sessions.

By session 4 she went on a dancing holiday and danced all weekend! 🙌

By session 5 she can now empty the washing machine and hang it out without assistance. 🙌

This is collaboration at its best - she committed to her treatment plan, she did her homework, she felt the results.
