Get ready for Spring Showers! ☔

This week's class includes a rainy day and sunshine songs with signs. You'll love our unique Baby Sensory song 'The Sun is bright' and helping your baby move on to the next developmental stage with 'You are my sunshine.' Babies will also hear thunder sounds and see our wonderful, original rain cloud - and a beautiful rainbow! 🌈

🚀 Space Adventure 🚀

Tell me, where else can you travel to the moon and back in an hour and have as much fun as we have had this week?!

Our little astronauts had such a great time doing the 'Space Hokey Pokey', travelling through space listening to calming chimes, watching spinning planets, making space music, reaching for the stars and journeying back to Earth with the starry parachute and our lovely rainbow fibre optic lights!

Next stop on the Spring Term ... 'Spring Showers' ☔

👏🏼 Tap and Clap week 👏🏼

It was such a lovely start to the 'Spring Term' last week welcoming back lots of babies from the 'Easter Term' but also saying a big hello to lots of new faces too!

We learnt how to sign greetings, showed off our 'cheeky monkey' side, cuddled up together watching the rain and snow fall on those umbrellas, explored puppets, tapped and clapped and had a lovely little relax enjoying soft lighting and relaxing music to end. What a fabulous week ✨

Get ready because it's 'Space Adventure' week (one of my favourites!!)

We will be doing the 'Space Hokey Cokey', relaxing with reflective materials, enjoying watching spinning planets, performing the 'Martian Hop', 'Reaching for the stars' and enjoying our starry parachute, balloons, bubbles and lights in our big finale 🚀✨

I LOVE this week and it's always a popular one so if you would like to join us, please visit www.babysensory.com/fylde and you'll see the classes with availability listed as 'PAYG Space Adventure'. If your favourite class time/venue is not listed, unfortunately it is already fully booked so please see what else is available on the list to secure your space and/or join the waitlist to be notified when classes for your little one will be available.

🎓 Easter Term Graduates 2026 🎓

Today I started the 'Spring Term 2026' but before I get lost in all the fun and excitement of a new term, I need to make sure that these little superstars get their space on the grid so we can celebrate how fabulous they are!

I've known many of these babies almost all their life, I've enjoyed sitting with them week after week, watching them grow and develop, learn new skills, achieve milestones, show me their first rolls, crawls and steps and I've celebrated birthdays with them too not only in class but as a guest at their own private party ✨

To say it has been a pleasure getting to know them and their families would be an understatement and as they move on to nursery, child minders, grandparent days, toddler classes and more, I hope that those next adventures are filled with fun, happiness and many magical moments!

Thank you for letting me be a small part of your journey so far and to the tiniest Fylde Coast graduates, go and show the world how amazing you are! ✨

We are back this week with the start of the 'Spring Term' and we'll be enjoying a bit of 'Tap and Clap'! 🎉

This one is full of lots of fun ideas for greetings, movement, peek-a-boo, play and bonding. There's a fun weather song where it's going to rain bubbles and we've got a lovely light activity to end too.

✨ Big news ✨

I am very excited to tell you that due to popular demand, a 4th class has been added to our timetable at Ribby Hall on a Friday for the 'Spring Term'! I have been working hard for the past couple of days offering spaces to our waitlisted babies and I can now reveal there are two spaces available if you'd like to join us and have a baby aged from birth to 13 months!

The new class starts on Friday 17th April and runs for 6 weeks. Here's the info ...

💚 Fridays at Ribby Hall Village - 2pm (0-13 months) *2 spaces remaining*

If you'd like to join us, be quick and visit www.babysensory.com/fylde to book your place. These are our final remaining spaces across all venues until June for a baby aged 6 months and under and also our final 2 spaces at Ribby Hall Village for the 'Spring Term'.

🐰 Easter 🐰

Our little ones absolutely loved visiting the duck pond, getting excited at the frog pond, singing about 'Little Topsy Rabbit', baking an easter cake, watching a bunny puppet show, smelling some Spring scents and doing their best chicken impressions in our 'Easter' special!

This was the last class of our 'Easter' term and such a lovely one to end on and it only seemed right that I waited until today to share our lovely 2026 Easter memories.

🇮🇪 St Patrick's Party 🇮🇪

Partying Irish style is SO much fun! A session full of rhythm, movement, ribbons, music, play bands, shakers, the 'rattlin bog', Galway races, potatoes, 'tell me ma', leprechauns, dancing, flags, petals, bubbles, balloons ... I could go on!

We loved this week and I think our photos absolutely show how much fun our sessions are for not just the babies!! Always one of my favourite weeks! St Patrick's Party 2026, you were amazing, thank you so much!! 🤭💚💛

Bye bye 'Easter Term 2026'!

Over the last 5 weeks, we've performed tricks during 'Magic week', enhanced our love for all things books in 'Books, bells and balls', celebrated the mummies in our 'Mother's Day Special', partied Irish style in our 'St Patrick's party' and enjoyed all things Spring in our 'Easter' special.

The biggest of thank you's to everyone who has joined me over the last few weeks, I really do hope you have enjoyed your time with us and that our sessions have helped create some lovely memories with your little one. Also, an even bigger thank you to all my little leavers and their adults who have treated me to cards, flowers, bubbles of the adult variety, messages and personal thank you's in class to name but a few. These really do mean so much and are always such a lovely suprise at the end of each term so thank you very, very much, I feel very loved!

We are off now for two weeks as I enjoy a little rest and time with my family over the Easter break but I look forward to seeing you in a couple of weeks for another 6 weeks of fun and memory making with your little one.

Finally, to those of you we've waved goodbye to this week, thank you so much for joining us and I hope we may see each other again at some point. I wish you all the best of luck for whatever is in store for you both next!
