Reflexology for wellbeing, stress, fertility, pregnancy & menopause | Yoga for movement & performance | Psychology-informed, mind-body approach | Sport & Exercise Psychology student | PGCert Coach | Helping you find flow in mindset, movement & wellbeing. My business, NKB Holistic, was established in 2018 after working 25 years in the public sector. I provide services to individuals and organisations to enhance physical and mental wellbeing, maximise performance, achieve balance and life goals. I am passionate about female wellbeing and supporting women to achieve their potential, their goals and helping them to keep doing what they love....be that work, sport or simply living life to the full. I am part of the Balance community and Newson Health Menopause Society and I have trained with Barbara Scott of Seren Natural Fertility in Fertility and Menopause reflexology, Sally Earlam in Menopause and Pregnancy reflexology, Petra Covney (menopause awareness), Dinah Siman (Movement for Menopause) and Sarah Ramsden (specialist qualification in Yoga for Athletes and in Sport and The Body Aligned: functional anatomy and injury). To enhance my wellness offering I have completed an Introduction to Coaching and Mentoring and will soon complete a Post Graduate Certificate in Enhanced Coaching for professional practise with Lancaster University. I am a keen cyclist and triathlete and initially found yoga around 25 years ago. I started with the aim of stretching out my tight muscles. I soon found out there was a lot more to yoga. Breathwork, mind flow, relaxation and of course stretching. My aim is to hold a safe and relaxing space for therapy clients and yoga students to explore what helps them calm and soothe their mind.

As some of you may know, I like to ride my bicycle and this last year has seen me trying to get back at it following injury. You also may have noticed I have a penchant for doing some slightly daft stuff 😁
This year I have decided to raise money, along with a group of other willing volunteers, for the local charity Live Like Ralph
We will set off from Scarborough on the 6th of June on the Tour De Ralph and cycle back to Lytham, reaching the windmill on The Green by 5 p.m. on Sunday the 8th of June.
I am hoping to raise £1000 and any donations would be greatly appreciated by me and the charity
The Event - The Tour de Ralph will ride again on the 5th June 2025. After previous successful years this year we aim to take 70 riders from one side of England to the other arriving at the iconic windmill on Lytham Green on Sunday 8th June at 5pm ….ish 😂

A research study showed that regular reflexology significantly reduced pain and stress for expecting mothers, with low back pain or pelvic girdle pain. I love holistic therapies and yoga and I firmly believe that everybody should give themselves the chance to unplug, unwind and recharge.
I came to therapies after a life changing bout of depression and anxiety. I began with Reiki in 2015 followed by Reflexology, (I like to combine the reflexology with a little bit of foot reading after going on a two day foot reading workshop - feet are fascinating), Indian Head Massage and Swedish Body Massage which I offer as a full body massage or as a back, neck and shoulder massage. I can also offer Lymphatic Drainage Massage and HOPI ear candles.
You can book appointments with me on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday at Footprints Clinic, 68 Poulton Street, Kirkham PR4 2AH or by contacting me directly.
I have practised Yoga on and off for around fifteen years. When I started yoga it was to stretch myself back out from running and triathlon but I soon realised the benefits went much deeper than just the physical and found that yoga soothed my mind as well as my body. In March 2019 I embarked on a Yoga Teacher Training and qualified in October 2019.
You can practise with me:
Monday 7pm - 8pm at St Cuthberts Church Hall, Church Road, Lytham FY8 5JN
Thursday 7pm - 8:30 pm at Wesham Community Centre, Church Road, Wesham PR4 3DT
