With a combined experience of 25 years in the healthcare sector, our executive team offers a variety of expertise including specialist community nursing, care of the elderly, rehabilitation, quality and service management. We offer a comprehensive variety of services to meet the individual needs of our clients including:

• Qualified nursing assessment
• Personal care needs
• Assistance with rehabilitation programs
• Shopping service
• Domestic duties (including cleaning, cooking, and laundry)
• Appointment escort service
• Partnership working across community and acute health care services
• End of Life care
• Hospital to home coordination
