🧘‍♀️ 2025 Zoom Yoga - discover the benefits of Yoga from the comfort of your home. It really can help at any time of the year , in particular if you are feeling anxious or depressed. Taking your time , working at your own steady pace. Consistency is the key 🧘‍♀️.
Seven 30 minute yoga posture classes and Two Breathwork Classes. £10 for access to all classes .

Yoga postures help us build internal lean muscle which can help protect against risk of injury to ligament and tendons.

Yoga breathing can help improve stress, reduce fatigue as well as helping reduce feelings of anxiety with day to day challenges or living with illness.

Beginners to Advanced welcome
£50 for 5 weeks or £12 drop in By BT.
Spaces are limited , please bring your own mat .

As a practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga for 21 years and completion of Ashtanga Teacher Training with David Swenson , Manju Jois plus many weekend intensives including John Scott , Kino Macgregor and Greg Nardi. I offer a safe environment for you to deepen an already strong Yoga Practice or to develop a New Yoga Practice.
This class will include modifications for newer students to the Ashtanga Practice .
