Brooklands House Care Home Brooklands House is a care home for the elderly, situated in the town of Lytham, St Annes. Brooklands House is a care home for the elderly.

It is situated in the leafy town of Lytham overlooking Lowther Gardens. The Home is family run by Carol, Kirsty and Patrick Gilligan and has been operational for over 33 years. The home caters for 29 elderly residents. All bedrooms are fitted with an en-suite. We offer permanent rooms and also respite care rooms.
