At Yanis Support and Care Provision, we are looking for experienced children support workers to work with young people from the age of 16-24years in their supported accommodation.
Duties
* Support young people learn how to live an independent life by teaching them life skills such as: cooking, cleaning and budgeting.
* Support young people to access healthcare, education & training or employment opportunities.
* Help them build their self-esteem and confidence
* Support young people in line with their support plan.
* Carry out activities and manage behaviour issues.
* Help young people manage and keep upto date with their appointments
Experience:
* Knowledge and experience of safeguarding of vulnerable children is required.
* Level 3 qualification in Children and young people.
* Good communication skills
* 1 year experience
* Driving licence
* DBS
* Able to work as an individual or team.
