One of the reasons I use Instagram.
Only 6 weeks later but i did mean all of it.
I felt and i still feel behind schedule.

But no excuses. Lets make it happen 👊🔪

Currently Push Day for the foreseeable future.
We putting the volume up(more sets more reps) and dialed food straight into a 1000 kcal+ less than what I was eating. Sometimes 2000. (I was roughly eating 3500-4k a day).

Not starving but the difference is absurd and a big shock to my system. Especially before bed and during sleep. But I shall see how things goes.

Twice I had basically a whole meal at 3am cuz I was way too hungry to ignore it haha 🤣😅

1️⃣ incline bench press machine - 4 sets
2️⃣ crossovers - 4 sets.
3️⃣ flyes on cable - 4 sets.
4️⃣ bench press smith machine - 5 sets.
5️⃣ should press machine - 4 sets.
6️⃣ triceps straight bar - 4 sets
7️⃣ triceps rope - 3 sets
8️⃣ stairmaster- 25min
9️⃣ bike stationary - 20min

Following the plan as much as I can and as best as I can. Regardless of what I want or how I feel - life hits us all, no one is a superhero.

Not all is fat loss lol I just think my water retention is a lot lower now.

Started 2026 with an even sharper mindset. And a lot more knowledge than 2025.

Let's see if this cho-cho train 🚆 takes off (my twins are currently playing with theirs 🚆 so I wrote this lol)

(I was busting Taylor Swift through my eardrums 👂) but the gym music was decent too 🎶

2026 starting to feel like a good year already 😌

Me personally I am rarely motivated. But I try to make sure I don't lack discipline. My 80/20 rule.

After June(hamstring tear) and September (lat sprains) I felt pretty s**t and I watched my whole body regression from stage ready lean to where I am now. (Which isn't great btw) so motivation was at the lowest level ever.

But I have done this process so many times and I have coached several people to do this before so I know exactly what needs to be done.

And for the first time in a long ass time. I am both motivated and disciplined, and extremely happy with where my life is heading.

2026, lets go 🍻✅️

Not that i am counting but, 136 days left.

I'm a big fan of 'what is working shouldn't be changed'

Sometimes on my current split - hack squat - leg press - leg extension - leg curl - calves.
If the hack squat is busy I'm not a big fan of changing orders. So for 2 consecutive weeks, I did barbell squats instead of hack squats.
60-80-100-120-140-160-180kg for anything between 20 and 6 reps.

At the end of May I was 90kg ~10% bodyfat.

The goal now is to grow as much as possible regardless of whatever 2026 plans are.
So kcals are always 4500+ on work days and around 3800 on rest days. ( not counting anymore just guessing as I did count for 6 weeks nonstop) And I'm pretty robotic. I eat the same thing at the same time with the same set of cutlery and the same drink most days 😂😅.

Sick of food? Not really I'm always hungry. (My mum thinks I have worms 🪱 ) I just tell her I'm a forever growing up baby 👶.

From a 'gym lad' to a silver trophy and a top 3 in classic(same day) in the oldest federation in the UK.
107kg down to ripped stage level.

Possibly and probably the best transformation I helped happen. 🔥

We are now working together to bring something even more unbelievable next year. I truly believe Jake has a lot of potential in bodybuilding.

Genuinely looking forward to this young man's progress and seeing how far we can push.

Never settle. Never get too comfortable.
Nothing great has ever been built in a comfortably perfect environment.
