I'm a big fan of 'what is working shouldn't be changed'

Sometimes on my current split - hack squat - leg press - leg extension - leg curl - calves.
If the hack squat is busy I'm not a big fan of changing orders. So for 2 consecutive weeks, I did barbell squats instead of hack squats.
60-80-100-120-140-160-180kg for anything between 20 and 6 reps.

At the end of May I was 90kg ~10% bodyfat.

The goal now is to grow as much as possible regardless of whatever 2026 plans are.
So kcals are always 4500+ on work days and around 3800 on rest days. ( not counting anymore just guessing as I did count for 6 weeks nonstop) And I'm pretty robotic. I eat the same thing at the same time with the same set of cutlery and the same drink most days 😂😅.

Sick of food? Not really I'm always hungry. (My mum thinks I have worms 🪱 ) I just tell her I'm a forever growing up baby 👶.

107kg down to ripped stage level.

Possibly and probably the best transformation I helped happen. 🔥

We are now working together to bring something even more unbelievable next year. I truly believe Jake has a lot of potential in bodybuilding.

Genuinely looking forward to this young man's progress and seeing how far we can push.

Never settle. Never get too comfortable.
Nothing great has ever been built in a comfortably perfect environment.

Knowledgeable are your 3 main assets.
Use 2 of them to buy one.

That's why mechanics charge between £50-100 an hour.

You're not paying him the 30 minutes they took to change a bolt and fix your rust box.
You're paying the 15 or 20 years they have been working/learning/making mistakes.

What an incredible weekend in Colchester competing at with some great people.

I was incredibly chilled for someone who's been prepping for pretty much a year.
Since May 2024 when the surgeon gave me the green light to train as much and as hard as I want after my pec tear injury/surgery/ 6+ months rehab.

I told myself. Let's go. Let's compete once more.

Let's pick a date in 2025 and simply go for it.
So I picked 18th of May - Colchester.
I thought about pulling out several times as I thought I looked terrible.

I'm proud but at the same time annoyed with myself, time to push harder and better 🫡

Saturday evening I was still flat and to a certain degree fat(in my head) so I did a crazy approach finalising the prep.

Woke up dry and ripped and literally ready to hop on stage but was only 6am 😂

The day went by, my upper body was looking better and better but I was losing legs. Maybe too much walk maybe too much sips of water or too much food
I don't know as I prepped myself and was a LOT of trial and error.

When backstage I was super chill. Job is done. Let's give them hell.

Met some great people there!

I thought the 18th of May would be my last competition as a sign off, but not gonna lie: I'm a bit hooked now.
The environment, the smell of the spray tan, the doubts, the checks, the feeling. The great people we meet and take with us.
I was like definitely doing it again.

But because I actually placed( I wasn't expecting anything 🏆) I got invited to the British finals in Bradford on the 31st of May (11 days out?!?!? 😂😱)

So after having an excellent day and about 8000 kcal of junk food and alcohol Sunday pos competition.
I was like sh**, I'm back on prep now 🤣🫡.

So we are now 11 days out the finals, and the shape isn't responding how I wanted to respond! So it's gonna be a hell

Thank you for an excellent performance and for trusting me as your coach and get you on that level, you were definitely top 1.

Don't settle for little. Aim for the highest, craziest, most wild goal you can ever think of.
And then work for it every single damn day of your life.

And I'm not talking only about fitness.

If your goal is to work less and spend more time with your family, that is the most noble thing I can think of.

If your goal is to lose 30lbs. Go for it.

If your goal is to be a millionaire, go for it.

If your goal is to drop everything and travel, go for it.

THERE IS LITERALLY NOTHING STOPPING YOU, BUT YOURSELF.
