*Course Structure*
Generally, theory is sent out in advance when the course is booked and paid for. There will be some written requirements, which you may complete beforehand if you wish, but if you need help, this will be provided as necessary. After your training day(s) you will most likely need to complete case studies; these will involve you practising your new skills on clients, which you will write up and send back via email if preferred. You may need to return to complete a final assessment.
All of the courses vary slightly as to what you need to do, but this will be explained to you beforehand.
All skills are taught on live models; we don't use practice heads or other such equipment, as they are not adequate to learn properly. You may bring your own model if preferred.
All kit materials are provided for training with most courses, though you will need to purchase goods to carry out your case studies.

Explanation of the treatment
Agreeing the treatment
Reasons not to treat (contra-indications)
Things that can go wrong (contra-actions)
Aftercare advice
Future treatment needs
Client preparation
Salon and working area preparation
Safe working techniques including all hygiene measures
Compliance with Industry and Legal Codes of Practice
GDPR
Professional, accredited beginner/advanced training in beauty, holistic, lash, brow & nail therapies
