Somatic Health My collaborative approach invites a community of discovery, as we seek to expand and enliven our fullest potential as human beings on this planet.

Somatic Health is a way; a simple, immediate, natural way to tune into the felt sense of your living body (soma) in order to access the spontaneous benefits this brings - ease, flow, creativity, rest, connection to all life, to reality. I offer one-to-one and group sessions working with embodied self-awareness and combining a range of modalities including sensory awareness, dance improvisation and nature-consciousness.
