A polite reminder to our patients as the Christmas period approaches, if you no longer require your appointment, please contact us to cancel. 306 appointments were not attended in November which could have been used for other patients.

We deal with a high volume of calls between our opening times, we have a call back option available if you feel you are unable to hold on the phone or online forms that can be filled in for routine requests such as sicknotes, routine appointments and general queries.

We appreciate your patience at this busy time of year.

We would love to share this information. We now have a cancellation line via our phone system. This makes it easier for our patients to leave a voicemail if they cannot attend their appointment. You call the Practice on 01603 250660 - option 1 then leave the name of the patient, date of birth and date of the appointment. You can also do this via our website https://www.wensumvalleymedicalpractice.nhs.uk/health-information/appointments/appointment-cancellation-form/

The Patient Services Team will pick this up and cancel this on your behalf. This can then be given to somebody else in need.

Due to the high demand, we do appreciate the patients who are able to make contact with us to cancel their appointments in good time.
