Another year around the sun ☀️

This past year didn’t come quietly. It brought growth, a few unexpected plot twists, and more than a handful of “character-building moments” none of which were invited 😂 but were embraced all the same. Not perfectly, not always gracefully… but consistently. And I’m proud of that.

Building The Ash Tree Therapies has been one of the most rewarding and stretching parts of this journey. There were moments of “I’ve got this” and moments of “what on earth am I doing?” But that’s all part of creating something real.

What means the most isn’t just what I’ve built, but what’s been shared within it. The connections, the conversations, the healing, the laughter… watching people come together in this space has been incredibly special.

I’ve grown in ways you don’t always see here, but you definitely feel. And through it all, I’ve been supported by the most amazing people, friends, family, partner, this community, who’ve shown up, cheered me on, and reminded me why this all matters.

So today isn’t just about getting older. It’s about recognising the resilience, the lessons, and the progress (even the messy bits in between).

I’m still learning, still building, still occasionally Googling “how to keep plants alive in a yurt” 😅 but I’m here, I’m grateful, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.

Here’s to another year around the sun for growth, to meaningful spaces, to community, and to continuing to build something that feels as good as it looks.

Seasonal Rest ✨

As we come to the end of a truly beautiful year at The Ash Tree, we want to take a moment to honour the memories, the healing, and the incredible experiences we’ve shared with all of you.

From workshops and walks to quiet reflections and moments of growth, this year has been nothing short of magical.

Just like nature, we too embrace the rhythm of rest.
With that, The Ash Tree will be closing its doors from Sunday 21st December for a period of seasonal restoration and renewal.

We will reopen, refreshed and ready for a new chapter, on Monday 5th December 2026.

Thank you for being part of our an incredible year!

Wishing you warmth, peace, and deep rest during this quiet season.

Get ready for a cosy, creative and joy-filled festive afternoon at The Ash Tree!

Our Christmas Craft Workshop is the perfect chance to unwind, make something beautiful, and soak up the holiday spirit.

Tickets are £25 each, with only 12 spaces available, keeping the session personal and relaxed.

Coming soon! 🪩 Yurt Yogis – Free Kids Yoga at The Ash Tree

We’re excited to introduce ‘Yurt Yogis’ a weekly yoga class for kids hosted in the yurt at The Ash Tree.

These after-school sessions will support children with:

✨ Nervous system regulation
🎨 Creativity and emotional expression
🧘 Movement and mindfulness
🌈 Relaxation and resilience tools

This offering has grown from the incredible training I completed with .freedomseekers at which was generously funded by

Thanks to that support, I’m now able to bring the benefits of yoga and mindfulness to children in our local community.

We’d love to make Yurt Yogis available for free through additional funding — but we need your input to help make it happen!
