A very special visitor popped by recently 🎄

One of Santa’s elves stopped by for a little winter wellness after spending long days in the cold getting the sleigh ready for the big night!

I felt it was only fair to issue a formal apology… because apparently the level of calm leaving my treatment room is causing quite the stir.

My therapies have a funny way of giving you exactly what you didn’t know you needed - balance, grounding, and a little reminder that your body loves to unwind when you give it the chance.

A few days ago we had the most gorgeous self-care day at Peninsula Hot Springs and we all floated home feeling blissed out, grounded and very sleepy.

It was the perfect way to finish off a couple of very busy weeks.

We began with the Aboriginal Dreamtime Clay Workshop, connecting with the land through natural Australian clays - each offering different benefits:

🟡 Yellow Earth – tones & gently exfoliates
🌸 Pink Earth – regenerates & restores
⚫️ Black Earth – detoxes & rejuvenates
⚪️ White Earth – soothes & calms sensitive skin

Then we enjoyed a guided meditation, followed by soaking in the geothermal pools - and this is where the real magic happened!

The waters here are naturally heated and rich in minerals like magnesium, calcium, potassium and sodium.

These minerals help to:
✨ relax tired muscles and ease joint tension
✨ boost circulation and oxygen flow
✨ support the body’s natural detox process
✨ nourish and soften the skin

I’m a Reflexologist… Get Me Outta Here! 🐍

After a quick visit to the I’m a Celeb jungle, I’ve realised that I’m definitely more hot stones than huntsman spiders!

While the celebs are tackling bush tucker trials, I’m serving up soothing reflexology - not witchetty grubs!

They’ve got creepy crawlies, I’ve got calming essential oils.

They’re sweating it out under the canopy, whilst my clients are melting into my treatment bed.

And between us… I’ve been staying in the same hotel as the celebs, and if I were them, I definitely wouldn’t be leaving for the jungle - the spa menu alone would keep me there! 💅

So I’ll leave the leeches to the celebs and stick to peaceful pressure points and total pampering 👣

G’day from Melbs, mates!

I’ve made it Down Under and it’s been absolutely beaut being reunited with my gorgeous daughter, Frankie 🥰

We’ve got a whole bunch of adventures planned / a bit of sunshine, plenty of laughs, and maybe even a roo or two hopping by! 🦘

The dingo’s packed his case, the out of office is on… it’s official… I’m heading Down Under! 🇦🇺

After almost a week of of emu-ssages, koala-ty relaxation, roo-flexology & rocks giving my hot stones a run for their money - it’s time for the real Aussie adventure to begin! ☀️

I can’t wait to squeeze my daughter Frankie, soak up some sunshine, and maybe spend a few Dingo Dollars along the way 💚

It’s been a laugh sharing the countdown with you all and I look forward to sharing some updates along the way.
