The last two years have seen us face things that I never imagined we would, as a clinic. Having to shut the clinic for lockdown, coming back, initially with no reception staff, having to wear PPE and work under new strict cleaning regulations and losing practitioners for various reasons.

We are now about to face another change in these challenging times. From the end of Monday 31st January 2022 the Norfolk Clinic and the Yoga Studio Norwich, situated above the clinic, will shut their doors once again. This time, sadly, we will not be reopening as the Norfolk Clinic will be going into liquidation. We have been 'firefighting' over the last 12 months to keep running to support you, our staff and practitioners but we just cannot keep up with the growing financial demands.

Our practitioners are looking for other clinics or premises to work from and as soon as we know where they are going, we will inform you. The Norfolk Clinic website will remain up and running for a few months and will be updated with information of the whereabouts of the practitioners and how you can contact and follow them.

I am truly devastated it has come to this. The Norfolk Clinic has been in my family for almost 40 years and was opened a few days before I was born. The clinic, staff, practitioners and our patients are like members of my family and it saddens me that we have to close.

Thank you for your support over the weeks, months and years. Please be assured even though your practitioner is not working under the umbrella of the Norfolk Clinic you will still get the same great care and treatment you have always received.

With the weather being so miserable it really does feel like the best thing to do is wrap up warm, under a blanket on the sofa and watch TV. This is lovely and we all need some down time but moving regularly will help your body keep supple and mobile and reduce the risk of your joints stiffening up.
