Our training courses are suitable for businesses, healthcare professionals, those looking to gain qualifications for specific sectors, and for people interested in joining the Ambulance Service as a Paramedic, Emergency Medical Technician or Community First Responder. We differ from our competitors as all profits made at TrainEEAST are reinvested back into the East of England Ambulance Service, providing vital accident and emergency services to those in need across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk. Our ambulance clinicians have experienced most scenarios in their front-line duties, so they can tailor the training based on your interests and needs. We can travel to your premises across the United Kingdom or host the training courses at one of our training centres in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, or Suffolk. All training courses through TrainEEAST are OFQUAL regulated and are accepted by Health and Safety Executive (HSE) for the purposes of compliance with regulation 3(2) of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.

🚑 Trust's First RCUK eALS Course 🚑

On 28th February 2026, TrainEEAST delivered EEAST's very first RCUK‑accredited e‑Advanced Life Support course at the Bury St Edmunds Training Hub. 🎉

This marks the culmination of over a year of collaboration with the Trust's resuscitation team — placing us among the very few ambulance services able to deliver this prestigious course.
The course was directed by EEAST’s own Sector Clinical Lead, Emily Le‑Gallienne, and delivered to a mix of internal and external candidates, with several being recognised as having the potential to progress as future instructor candidates. 🎓✨

As with all first courses, we welcomed a Resuscitation Council regional representative, who has now granted us approval to deliver future courses autonomously. ✅

This achievement reflects Commercial Training’s ongoing commitment to high‑quality clinical delivery, learner empowerment, and subject‑matter expertise. 🌟📚
