Pisces SaunAstrology ✨
Last night we plunged into the inner realm of Pisces meeting its emotional depth, compassion and expansive waters.
We explored Neptune and Jupiter, gently peeking at Pisces shadows of over-giving and blurred boundaries… and how to work with its medicine through embodied ways of release, like meditation, poetry, art and dance.
In the heat of the sauna, through guided steam, breath and aromatherapy, we released a role that no longer fits. Setting the intention to sweat it out and rinsing it away under cold water with salt scrubs.
Fresher, clearer and little rebirthed! We sipped mocktails, evoked our inner Dolphin 🐬 and Poet, and shared something meaningful and magical together.
