We are super excited to announce a deep rest themed Thai retreat in February 2027.

I don’t think I know a person who wouldn’t completely benefit from this.. so we’ve chosen accommodation with different pricing options to suit different budgets.

Cannot believe it’s a whole week since we commenced our second full weekend well-being retreat!
We were blessed with beautiful warm sunshine, stunning accommodation and a range of activities and workshops designed to enhance our well-being 🙌
If you were thinking about this and didn’t take the plunge.. keep your eyes peeled for the release of our next dates. I have been blown away by the reviews which I will share soon!
We laughed, we cried, we moved, we nourished ourselves and each other. We created a community of love and peace 🫶

Primarily the weekend is about rest and reset, for any age of woman as we ALL need to better understand our hormonal challenges, whether they’ve been, are current or are yet to come. Immerse yourself in a weekend of well-being, giving yourself time and space to reconnect with yourself, and creating community with others at the same time.

Whilst there will be a focus on peri/menopause, this is not just for women in this age group, it is for any woman needing to rest, digest and reset 💛
We are all either peri/menopausal or need to armed with the knowledge to prepare for this stage of our lives.

Not you - the partner, wife, mother, daughter, colleague, boss, friend, volunteer.. the YOU that gets forgotten, always at the bottom of the pile, tries so hard to help and support everyone else!
It’s your turn to do something for YOU!

Our retreats are not just for peri/menopausal women, they are for women who want to discover, reintroduce or maintain well-being. There will be sessions steered towards peri/menopause (because it still isn’t talked about enough and it is relevant to every one of us at some point) but the majority is about general well-being, head space, movement and nourishment 🫶

We will be doing flow dance meditation, SOMA breathwork, soundbath, yoga, bootcamp, and maybe some shamanic drumming 😍 Full schedule to be finalised at a later date, but it’s going to be spectacular!

Fishley Hall 9-11th May 2025, £350 (instalments option available).
