Melt Method is a combination of movement and therapy rolled into one.
Christine guides you through movements and sequences on soft rollers and balls that will leave you feeling relaxed, more balanced and stable and with reduced symptons of chronic pain.
Christine has a background in movement- dance, Pilates, gymnastics- and therapy- massage, Bowen Technique- and after trying Melt, she was so impressed with the results (getting rid of her hip pain and improving her Pilates practice) she decided to train as an Instructor.
Melt is a fascial rehydration technique and is designed to be practiced in class and at home . It enhances any exercise practice but it’s also for anyone who wants to feel better in their body, to move more easily and have a better quality of life.
