If you’re looking to get even more out of life – then you’ve come to the right place! First off, we’re small and personal; that’s the way our members like it. It gives us the chance to help them one-to-one – and makes our guidance all the more effective. From day one you’ll be provided with a personal programme, taking into account your goals, your likes and dislikes and your ability level. We’ll review your programme regularly and adapt it to make sure you’re progressing – and, most importantly, still getting the most from your visits to the club. So what do you do with all that extra zest and spirit once you’ve got it? There are plenty of chances to use it at our many social events, club challenges and competitions throughout the year. If you’re really enjoying something, it’s only natural that you’ll want to share the experience. That’s why you’re welcome to bring along up to two guests every time you visit the club - on payment of the appropriate club guest fee. For prices please get in touch - or better still come down and have a walk around the facilities and a chat with one of our friendly staff!

We’ve not really installed ice baths at our two Norwich-based clubs, it was another of Manager Pete’s April Fools posts that have become traditional over the past 5 years 😅

The clues were there that all was not as it seemed - “AF Upgrades”, the photoshopped photos, & the mentions of it being “exclusively for Over 30s” 😅

We did receive lots of people mentioning that they thought it would be great, which has got us thinking 🫣 Our bosses & higher-ups would probably need some persuading though, so if you’d be interested in us exploring our options then let us know by liking this post & commenting below!

Our classes are really popular, so we have a fair booking policy in place ☺️

How to book:
• Book via the 🌐 Online Hub in the Members Area at youfitclubs.co.uk (non-members can register free for day passes).
• Classes are free with membership — no extra payments needed.
• Members can book up to 7 days in advance using Quick Book or by adding to your basket & checking out.
• Just turning up? No guaranteed space.
If you can no longer attend, please cancel via the Hub or by calling the club — this frees the spot for others 😁

On the day: Swipe in at least 5 minutes before class starts.

We track attendance with a class register - members who repeatedly book but don’t attend or go straight to class without checking in will be contacted. Persistent no-shows aren’t fair on others & can distort demand, potentially affecting which classes we keep on the timetable.

We’re committed to delivering a great variety of popular classes — accurate attendance helps us do exactly that!

🚨 CLASS UPDATE!

Unfortunately we have a Poorly Polly this morning so our classes today are having to change.

🕥 9:30 BEGINNER PILATES - will be covered by the always-awesome Joy who will be doing a gentle conditioning class

Sadly this is the only one of Polly’s classes we’ve been able to cover, so the INTERMEDIATE PILATES this morning and TOTAL BODY WORKOUT this evening will not go ahead.

We wish Polly a speedy recovery & hope to see her back on the mat tomorrow 🤞🏻😊
