Tri-Progressive Yoga

Tri-Progressive Yoga Tri-Progressive Yoga offers 1:1 or small group Yoga classes in and around Norwich’s Golden Triangle at a time and weekly frequency to suit you.

Classes are suitable for adults of all abilities. Workplace wellbeing classes are also offered. Bookings are available from the beginning of June. You will benefit from a progressive programme of Hatha Yoga practice. Classes offer both current yoga practitioners and beginners the opportunity to develop, deepen and progress their Yoga practice. Classes support you to maximise effectiveness in your practice, to release the benefits that yoga has to offer you. Classes focus on asana (posture) foundation, alignment and engagement, as well as pranayama (breath) and meditation to develop your yoga practice. Karen is a member of Yoga Alliance Professionals and holds a Level 3 Yoga Teacher Diploma and is a Health and Care Professions Council registered Occupational Therapist. She has practiced yoga for more than 30 years.
