I have always been drawn to the holistic side of healing and alternative therapy; to view the whole body, mind and soul as being interconnected, not just the physical problems but also psychology, environment, nutrition and effects, both positive and negative that these have on the whole of the body and to focus on the human body’s ability to heal and balance itself with the environment. I am finding more and more people have been suffering with today’s stresses of living, in particular with lockdown during Covid; they are suffering from nervous tension, stress and anxiety. fear, lack of self-worth, anger, rejection, abandonment, humiliation, inability to accept/receive love etc. which has resulted from a trauma in our past that has caused us pain and left a scar, which has festered unknowingly for many years manifesting itself into an ailment or illness. In the last few years, I have offered to make up personalised essential oil blends for my family and friends. I’m now saying to myself, and others are questioning me, 'Why should I not do what I love and set up my own business to help emotionally support health and well-being issues? '
