Join us for a very special Winter Solstice Celebration - a gentle pause on the shortest day of the year, and a chance to soften into the festive season, rather than rush through it 🕯️

We’ll begin with a 75-minute yoga practice led by Yantra Founder Abby, designed to help you unwind, release tension and make space in both body and mind. Forget the last-minute to-do lists… this is your moment to slow down and breathe.

After practice, we’ll gather together for festive sweet treats and a warm spiced drink before creating our own beautiful floral votive candles, guided by the wonderful florist (and Yantra regular) Libby Peryer of Niche Flowers . You’ll decorate your candle with dried flowers and seasonal touches - a cosy keepsake to take home.

Then, enjoy some delicious treats from - a chance to gather as a community, honour the turning of the year, and welcome the light returning! Come as you are. Leave nourished, rested and connected 🙏🏻

On the schedule four times a week with a range of teachers, this class is all about soothing the nervous system, releasing tension, and restoring inner balance ⚖️

Expect gentle, floor-based movement, clear guidance, and plenty of props to support you in finding deep comfort and ease. Each class offers a unique blend of Yin and Restorative yoga, mindful breathwork, and stillness - the perfect antidote to busy days and tired minds 💤

New addition to the Yantra schedule... Embodied Yin with Naomi, every Tuesday at 7pm 😌

This practice is the perfect blend of movement and stillness - a meditative practice that offers a chance to slow down and drop-in 🧡

So, what is Yin yoga? 🤔
Yin yoga invites deep release through longer-held poses, targeting the fascia and joints while nurturing the subtle (energetic) body. Naomi’s approach weaves in breathwork, meditation, and a strong anatomical awareness - creating a space that feels both grounded and expansive.

Props support the body so you can surrender safely, find stability, and allow the deeper layers of the practice to unfold. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or completely new to yin, this class offers a nourishing reset for body and mind ✨

Next up in out line-up... it's Naomi!

After years of practising Ashtanga and Hot 26, Naomi completed her Yin & Yang training with Simon Low and began teaching at Camyoga under the guidance of Jozef Wievel - an experience that, as she says, “shaped me into the teacher I am today.”

Teaching across Europe on yoga retreats, Naomi discovered the transformative power of movement and meditation - how structure and discipline could lead to true freedom. Her classes combine the focus of Ashtanga and Hot Yoga with a compassionate, accessible approach. You’ll leave feeling grounded, strong, and deeply connected - not striving for perfection, but moving in a way that feels good for you.

Alongside her teaching, Naomi is now following her dharma as a plant-based chef! And you can even catch her cheffing at the first ever Yantra Retreat later this month! (Sold out now! but next year!!!)

In this two-hour meditation masterclass, you’ll explore the real obstacles to stillness (posture discomfort, mental restlessness, resistance...) and discover tools that make meditation more natural, grounded and easeful.

Expect gentle movement to prepare the body, a simple breath practice, and a mindful approach you can carry into daily life.

Meet our Member of the Month for November, Lou 💛

Lou has been showing up consistently, moving with joy, and building strength (inside and out!) since joining Yantra - and has just passed her 100-class milestone!

✨ “As soon as I walk into the studio I feel a sense of recalibration.”✨

She loves a good mix of classes, from Rozzy’s Ashtanga to Marie's Shake the Dust, to Yoga Fusion and Pilates - "actually," she says, “I love them all.” We're so glad you love Yantra as much as we do, Lou!

Next on her list? Mastering crow pose and keeping that feeling of strength and vitality flowing.

If you've ever been to class with Sophia, you'll know she brings both fire and focus to the mat! She’s been practising yoga for over 15 years and teaching since 2015, after completing her first 200-hour traditional Hatha training in Hong Kong, followed by a 300-hour Advanced Vinyasa and Ashtanga in India in 2019.

While living in Asia, Sophia felt an immediate connection to Eastern philosophies of holistic health, which continue to shape both her teaching and her own practice. “We discipline the body to discipline the mind,” she says - a principle that shines through in her classes, which are strong and energising, yet grounded in yogic philosophy.

Her experience spans from teaching at Hong Kong University and Soho House Hong Kong to Equinox Gyms in London and HKore, a Lagree Fitness studio where she also trained in their unique Pilates-inspired method, a method she brings to our signature Yoga Fusion on Wednesdays and Fridays!

Her approach is all about getting into the flow state - that moment when movement, breath, and awareness align. Expect fun, thoughtful classes with creative sequencing, optional variations, and a light-hearted atmosphere that leaves you refreshed, rebalanced, and reset.
