Hi, my name is Claire and I have been working in the healthcare industry for over 30 years, and a registered mental health nurse for over 10 years, I know all too well that things need to change. Mental health is no longer a 'taboo' topic, but, despite more awareness, there simply isn't enough help. Even more shocking is the lack of support to our young people. Being a mother myself to two wonderful boys, one son who has additional needs, I know first hand where help falls drastically short. Things have got progressively worse since the 'pandemic' and that's where I come in. I said 'enough is enough' and decided I will learn every way possible to help not only myself and my family, but you and yours as well! When you work with me, I will help you and your family to overcome the challenges or obstacles that have been holding you back and to gain clarity about the situations affecting you. I will guide you to take positive steps to bring about healing and transformation which will allow you to be empowered, to focus on achieving your dreams and to embrace your true life path.
