I can’t believe it’s nearly a week since we finished the February Gong and Sound Baths in Wymondham, Cringleford and Great Hockham! (Does anyone know what happened to January??😊) You guys can’t know what a pleasure it is to see you relax, let go and truly have time just “to be”. It warms my soul as I hope it does yours. I'm so sorry everyone! I've had understandably several cancellations this afternoon as people are concerned about the weather. While walking my dog just now it snowed! ⛄️ So I made a decision. For the past year, I've had the privilege of working with Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital, offering staff their first session free. Recently, I had the pleasure of leading a staff well-being sound bath. Next year, I'm expanding this offer to ALL NHS staff. Book your free spot at one of my monthly sound baths by messaging me. Hi everyone! Happy winter solstice!! Sorry I’ve been a bit quiet the last week or so but like many, life has been busy!! I am celebrating solstice today with a much earned duvet day with the family.
