Hello my name is Danielle
I have over 12 years experience in many different services in care work. I have my nvq level 2 and my care certificate and many other qualifications. Around the age of 18 I started to work in care supporting elderly individuals with dementia. After 2/3 years of working in a care home I branched out to work with different agencies learning more about syndromes,disabilities,illnesses and diseases and overall knowledge/skills needed to be able to support them individuals.This is when my knowledge and experience became greater and I started to gain more and more experience in elderly,young adults,complex care. Within the last 4 years I have gained futhurmore experience working with Special educational needs children with complex needs. In addition to all above I have experience in tracheostomy care,suctioning,stoma care,oxygen,personal care,peg feeding,medication, epilepsy, and much more.With this experience,knowledge and qualifications gained over the last 12 years I wanted to start up my own business , where I can provide exceptional person centred care to each individual in the way they need.
