Some absolutely lush evening meals this weekend 😋
What have you guys been enjoying?
Friday night I had the most amazing salad I’ve ever had, and you all know I don’t love salad. But with my healthy fats choice included, of half avocado and half olives, and some yummy chicken and new potatoes cooked with season all, it was DIVINE!
Saturday was another fabulous Slimming World Kitchen meal - red thai chicken curry (one of my faves) and of course it was accompanied by the new Slimming World naan.
And on Sunday it can only be one thing … a roast! BUT this week’s included the new cauliflower cheese from the Slimming World range at Iceland and I cannot believe how good it was!
As if we can eat like this and lose weight! 😍
