There are new buds, shoots and seeds germinating all over our garden and I can feel it deeply in my bones, It's a reminder that we are nature itself, and cyclic just the same as the trees, the land and the seasons. We are going from a period of deep inner work and reflection to bringing our ideas outside of ourselves and gifting them to the world. As the land reawakens so do we.

Our sauna is nearly ready and it feels like the perfect time. When you sit in here, you will feel the love that has been poured into building it, It has been created and built by greg with such integrity, care and research with the loving intention of bringing a special sauna experience to the people who sit in it 🧡 just the benches to go in now.

Coming in the Spring we will be hosting sauna and sound bath evenings so look out for those. We also have lots of exciting collabs with local businesses coming up. Keep an 👁 out. Get in touch if you think some sauna love would be great at your events.

Hey Guys, we thought we should put some faces on our page so you can start getting to know us 😊 We're Greg and Jess, we're the founders of Fire & Flow sauna. Thank you for being here with us while we begin our journey 🤎
Greg is working hard on the sauna build & in the mean time we're on the look out for some lovely places to pop up and potentially a permanent spot in Harleston, Diss, Beccles, Bungay & the surrounding areas! It ✨️ WORKS ✨️ and here's why..
When you step into the cold after the heat, something powerful happens beneath the surface.
