If you need help setting up the app, you can request a free session at our branches.

From 2pm - 5pm on each of these days

These 30 minute, one to one appointments can be booked by calling the branch on 01603 870474

There is a prescription telephone facility if you are not able to use the app

To all our valued customers.

We are aware of the recent changes being made to the prescription ordering system in relation to Reepham and Aylsham Medical Practice. At present we are working with the surgery to inform patients of the switch from paper to digital ordering for prescriptions particularly those on our AUTO REPEAT service.

It is important to state that there is no need to panic and that you will be able to continue to collect your prescriptions here at Motts Pharmacy as usual.

If you have any concerns or questions please feel free to come and see us at the Pharmacy so we can put your mind to rest.
