For this years Festive Studio-Social I invite you to gather at the wharf at 11am on Sunday 21st Dec for a Wintery canal walk down to the where we have the cosy Snug booked to enjoy fireside mulled wine (or your alternative) & festive togetherness, aswell as an optional bite to eat if you’d like.

WHY NOT CARVE OUT THIS DAY FOR YOURSELF 🎄
An invitation to team this social with a practice (or 2) as we’ll have class in the morning beforehand or in the afternoon we have a Special ✨Winter Solstice Yin, Reiki & Sound Bath event back at the studio at 2pm.
What could be better than a festive hang out AND a Yoga practice 💁🏼‍♀️

Same home, fresh look 👀

Over the years running the studio so far; I have witnessed the powerful transformation this practice can have on students.
I have seen so many of you develop a radiance, a glow which comes from deep within.
This has been a big part of the inspiration for this “glow up” .. a fresh feel & look inspired by our radiant community & core values.

Today, MULA is more than a studio — it’s a place to meet yourself exactly as you are, together in collective spirit. A space where the joy comes from presence, not perfection. Showing up takes practice, but when we do, our true nature is revealed and shines out of us- rippling out to everyone we touch 🌀

I hope you love it as much as I do 🤎

Over the coming weeks we will complete the upgrades in-studio aswell as launch our brand new website, both set to serve us well for all our future practices 🙏🏼

Ok, I know I said I was gonna do the big reveal today.. but I’m going to keep you waiting just one more day. And in the meantime I just wanted to speak a little to the “why” behind this new logo, branding & website

Tonight my cup is feeling well and truly overflowing after a magical afternoon sharing with an inspiring group of people at the studio. Feeling firmly in alignment, in my dharma & in trust!

Thank you for your trust, openness , presence & heart.. both today and in every single class 🤎🙏🏼
