📣 5 Tips for Better Posture ❗
Do you spend your days sitting at a desk for work? 🤔
If you do, you may experience occasional neck or back pain if you don’t maintain good posture throughout the day.
These 5 tips will help to improve your posture and reduce back pain while sitting at your desk:
✅ Adjust your chair so that your feet rest flat on the floor or a footrest. This will help to keep your spine in alignment.
✅ Keep your knees at or below the level of your hips. This will also help to keep your spine in alignment.
✅ Adjust your chair to support your back or place a rolled towel or small pillow behind your lower back. This will help to support your spine and prevent it from rounding forward.
✅ Keep your shoulders relaxed and down. Avoid hunching your shoulders forward.
✅ Take breaks throughout the day to move around and stretch. This will help to keep your muscles loose and prevent them from becoming tight.
