📣 Office Workers Use These Tips To Help Prevent Back Injuries ❗

If you spend all day sitting at a desk for work, you may experience some neck or back pain from time to time, if you don’t take care of your posture throughout the day.⠀

These simple tips can help to alleviate that pain:⠀

✅ Set up your workspace ergonomically. Make sure your chair is at the right height and that your computer monitor is at eye level. You may also want to use a keyboard tray and a footrest.

✅ Take breaks throughout the day. If possible, get up and move around every 20-30 minutes to avoid staying in one position for too long.

✅ Strengthen your core muscles. Strong core muscles can help support your back and reduce your risk of injury. You can do core exercises at home or at the gym.

✅ Stretch regularly. Stretching your muscles can help improve your flexibility and range of motion, which can help reduce your risk of back pain.

✅ Be aware of your posture. Make sure you're sitting up straight and that your shoulders are relaxed. You may also want to use a posture corrector.
