We had a fantastic morning representing the Chorley Dementia Action Group at this month’s Dementia Hub this week 💚

It was lovely to come together with fellow members of the Group at St. Laurence's Church, Chorley and spend time with the wonderful Memory Meets group. The warm welcome and meaningful conversations always make these sessions so valuable.

The monthly Dementia Hub's provide a fantastic opportunity for members of the community to come and seek out information about the fantastic services that are available in their area.
