My name is Judith Sharpe and I am a Qualified Hypnotherapist and Psychotherpist with over 15 year's experience. I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy and I am a Registered Nurse with 40 years experience. I am also a Member of The National Register of Hypnotherapists and Psychotherapists and also The Mnemodynamic Register. Mnemodynamic Therapy is a method used to work with the Unconscious mind to find past difficulties that may be causing my clients present problems. I also use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy were I work with the client to change their negative thoughts into positive thoughts. This therapy is very effective in the treatment of Depression. Hypnotherapy is used for stopping smoking and Dieting and both Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy to help with many other problems. I also teach clients Self Hypnosis. I still work as a Registered Nurse so I am up to date with Medical problems and also most types of medication, which means I can empathise with many of my clients problems both medical and psychological.
