Today we came together to pay our respects for those who gave their lives for our freedom. With a 2 minute silence. Instead weekly chair exercises we decided to do some chair yoga. Followed by an afternoon of painting and listening to music 🎵 🎨

As we come together on Remembrance Day, we not only pay tribute to them but to all those who have bravely defended our freedoms and protected our way of life.
