Popped into the courtyard cafe today for a spot of lunch. Lexi had her doggie sausages of course….and got her Christmas bandanna….thanks guys 🙌 a lovely dog friendly place, fab menu and friendly people. A really lovely experience!

Just a little reminder of our group times ❤️

7.00am - early bird sesh
8.30am - not quite as early sesh
10.00am - I’m wide awake sesh

All our sessions are friendly, fun (yes, even at 7am) informative, supportive, motivational and inspirational.

We get it. We know how important it is to have the support and encouragement as we lose weight. We know it’s not always easy.

We laugh, we cry, we laugh some more. We talk food, we talk life. We celebrate and we lift.
