โœจEnjoy a deeply nurturing hour of Reiki and sound, giving yourself space to rest and reconnect to your own healing energy.

โœจIโ€™ll guide you through a ๐ŸŒธ Reiki self-healing meditation, followed by ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ gentle breathwork to prepare your body and mind to fully receive Reiki energy.

โœจYouโ€™ll then enjoy a soothing soundscape of ๐ŸŽถ singing bowls, chimes and soft vibration, allowing the frequencies to harmonise your energy.
