🌻COVID SPRING BOOSTER CAMPAIGN 🌻

PLEASE BOOK IN FOR YOUR COVID SPRING BOOSTER NOW IF YOU ARE:
- Over 75 years of age by 30/06/2023
- Over 5 years of age and classed as immunosuppressed by your GP practice.

(Please note you will only be eligible for a booster IF it has been more than 3 months since your last COVID vaccine)

We previously vaccinated at Jubilee House in Leyland, but this has now closed, and we have moved to The Ryan Medical Centre.

We have appointments available for ALL eligible patients in the wider area regardless of your GP practice on:

Saturdays and Sundays starting on 22/04/2023 until 25/06/2023

Please book your appointment on the National Booking Service below and chose The Ryan Medical Centre from the drop down.

Increased Access appointments for Bridgedale Primary Care Network Patients:

From the 1st April 2023 Bridgedale Primary Care Network will be offering increased access appointments back within the Bridgedale Network area.

The Bridgedale primary Care Network comprises of Riverside Medical Centre, Roslea Surgery, The Ryan Medical Centre, Lostock Hall Medical Centre, and New Longton Surgery.

Increased access appointments are available between 6.30pm and 8.00pm weekday evenings and 9.00am to 5.00pm on Saturdays with the appointments rotating between the Practices within Bridgedale Primary Care Network:

Monday - Roslea Surgery
Tuesday - The Ryan Medical Centre
Wednesday - Lostock Hall Medical Centre/New Longton Surgery
Thursday - Riverside Medical Centre
Friday - Lostock Hall Medical Centre/ New Longton Surgery
Saturday - Rotation between all the Practices in Bridgdale

Appointments should be booked by telephoning your own Practice during their normal opening hours.

🌸Managing Menopause- knowledge is power🌸

Come and join us on Thursday 13th April 2023 at 6pm to talk all things menopause.

Here at The Haven we are aware that perimenopause/menopause is having an impact on women's mental wellbeing.

Perimenopause/menopause is becoming a topic that needs to be discussed more, so this is where we are stepping in! Remember, you are not alone.

Join us every other Thursday from 6pm-7pm starting on 13th April, where we will be discussing a range of topics, including recognising and managing perimenopause and menopause symptoms, living a healthy lifestyle, peer support alongside likeminded people and much more🌸
