We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who kindly donated Easter eggs this year. Your generosity and thoughtfulness have made a real difference.

The eggs were gratefully received by staff, who accepted them on behalf of the paediatric ward at Royal Preston Hospital and residents at Swansea Terrace. Your kindness has helped bring smiles and a little extra joy this Easter.

We recently helped a family celebrate a beautiful, heartfelt life — a much-loved lady who filled their days with laughter, warmth, and a language all her own, where every nickname carried love behind it.

This tribute of flowers reflects not just sorrow, but colour, personality, and joy — just like her. Because she wouldn’t have wanted only tears; she would have wanted smiles, stories, and the kind of laughter that sneaks in even when you least expect it.
