Week 2/52: Simply Sorting It Out 📂

Food aftermath because your girl keeps forgetting to take pics before the plate is cleared. If it’s gone in seconds, it was a 10/10, right? 🍴

The Reality Check: Attempted a 5K, got humbled at 3K. Satan himself hand-delivered a side stitch, and can we talk about why Preston is so unnecessarily hilly?! 🏔️🏃‍♀️

The Wins of the week:
• Meal Prep: Honey garlic chicken, protein oats, and blueberry muffins are locked in. 🍯🍗

• Progress: Down 2kg this week! Keeping it simple with home workouts and heavily focusing on my hydration and nutrition 🥗

Let me Re-Introduce myself: I’m Adrienne a slightly weird and goff sports coach who likes to give 110% on all areas of health and fitness plus a love for heavy ass gigs 🤘

I know i’ve been like casper the ghost lately but truth is life got a little too “EMO” and i needed a step back, but now I’m ready to “pull me out and give myself a reason to start again”. It’s time to start taking my own advice as a coach.

Instead of daily pressures, I’m calling this Novembers Aspirations. These are simply things I want to do, even if they feel a little out of reach right now. Because discomfort means growth, right?🌻

So this month, I’m focusing on the little wins. They might seem small to others, but I know how frickin’ proud I’ll feel!

I didn’t tick off all my October goals, and that’s okay.
To a social media riddled world obsessed with doing the most and being perfect, here’s to doing and being enough🥹

Sometimes, the bravest thing you can do is just show up. Show up for yourself, for that therapy appointment, for that moment of rest, or even just for the next breath.

If you’re struggling, you are NOT a burden, and you are NOT alone. There is strength in vulnerability, and immense courage in reaching out for support.

September was a difficult month for my mental health, so I’m focusing on smaller, essential goals to get back on track.

I know true recovery takes time and I don’t expect to feel ‘fixed’ overnight.

My aim is to build hope and discipline to power through the final quarter of 2025 📈
