If you care for an older relative, or have a neighbour or family member who may feel lonely or isolated we can help.

The Hub is a place for older people or those with additional needs to spend time with others in a warm, safe and relaxed environment.

We are offering taster sessions at our “Home’s Best Hub” in Penwortham, to our local community for free. 😀

Each day we will have eight places available (Monday to Friday between)

Including…

🧶Various activities, festive crafts, movie days and games

🥧Lots of mince pies and Christmas spirit, the non-alcoholic sort

☕️🍪All meals and snacks throughout the day.

🚙We can even offer a pickup and drop off service, if families are struggling to transport their loved ones.

Plus we can help you access benefits that may enable you/your loved one to fund any future visits to “The Hub.”

We hope that we can bring together the community and help people who may feel a little more isolated this time of year.
