10 years ago sat at the top of a climb in the Samoan hills 🏔️

We travelled to Samoa with Team England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿for the Youth Commonwealth Games, one of the most beautiful places I’ve had the pleasure to visit 🌺

Blessed to have travelled all over the world with my work. I take great joy in looking back at these memories on a grey February morning getting ready for my clinic at my own Physio practice 💙

Things can be tough at times, always wholesome to remember your journey and how far you’ve come ☺️🙏🏻

❄️ 🇬🇧 Bobsleigh Physio Memories 🇬🇧 ❄️

At the early part of my Sports Physio career I worked with the GB Bobsleigh squad on their World Cup circuit.

Travelled across Europe, Canada and America with the squad attending to Physio needs of the athletes from all sprains, strains, niggles and sprinting injuries relating to sliding down a mountain in a sled at up to 170km/hour 😆

Wonderful memories of beautiful locations, a fast induction into the world of elite sport, travelling with many lessons learnt!

A fantastic sport and squad of athletes which I reminisce about every time I see the Winter Olympics come around!

My career in sport spanned over 10 years where I built skills and experience across a number of sports, events and variety of athletes.

I thrive now in encompassing everything I learnt in that environment into my clinic work, injuries, the needs of patients and sharing my knowledge with my wonderful staff team 🙏🏻
