Job description
Due to expansion of Aadamson House, we are looking for experienced Social Care Workers to join the team.

You will be required to work in a flexible way to support our residents over a 24-hour period.

We require you to work in the following regulated service.

Care homes services without nursing

Do you have what we are looking for?

Essential stuff

Sound comprehension of Social Care

Demonstrate that you understand person centered care and the importance of promoting independence.

Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of the residents.

Provide residents with the necessary support/ assistance to accomplish daily living tasks.

Able to demonstrate that you have sufficient skills, experience, and employment history to undertake the position.

Evidence of continuing professional development

Effective communicator

Have the skills and understanding to ensure care plans, risk assessments and daily documents are completed.

Person specific

Effective Interpersonal skills

Strive for quality in everything that you do.

Adaptable and flexible to the nature of the undertaking

Positive proactive attitude with a strong work ethic

Demonstrate the ability to confidently work independently and as part of the team.

Be open to further learning opportunities as requested.

Minimum 12 months experience is Essential; The successful Candidate Will receive full Comprehensive Training.

12 months minimum experience required
NVQ level 2 in health & social care or care certificate
Able to provide high standards of personal care to male and female clients
Able to work flexible hours
Good time keeper
to be reliable and competent
START: Quick start

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £8.36-£8.91 per hour
