Abandonment can be the most painful wound we carry 😣

Abandonment can be loss of a significant person, not receiving emotional connection, not receiving the care we need, being left out and even neglecting to care for ourselves 🫣

Therapy can help us learn how to recognise the wound(s), foster self compassion and to listen to our inner voice to prevent further types of abandonment trauma
