Experiencing poor mental health doesn’t mean there is something wrong with a person 🤨
Daily difficulties such as experiencing poverty, a toxic workplace, living with family that need lots of our time and energy can impact our mental wellbeing 🙂↕️
Adding traumas such as bereavement, loss of employment, illnesses, accidents can be devastating to our psyche if it is already suffering 😣
Getting help for our mental health is self care and can prevent reaching crisis levels 🥺
Let’s stop the stigma and work on normalising self care for our mental health ☺️
