Recertified my first aid training today.
Good to recap, learn the most current protocols and grab some extra information nuggets.

Totally forgot to take any photos except this one which shocked me, hence the share.

This is a 3rd degree burn caused by a dishwasher tablet that had soaked into the guys knee pad.
Something you just wouldn't think about!

Wash after coming into contact with any chemicals especially in concentrates form..

Most people just think of the hamstring as one muscle, but it’s actually a group of three that work together to:
