Here are three simple ways to help keep your sinuses healthy this winter:
1. Stay hydrated – moisture helps keep mucus thin and sinuses clear.
2. Use a humidifier – dry indoor air can worsen congestion.
3. Know when to seek help – if symptoms last more than 10 days or keep coming back, it could be time to see your GP.
