The family of the late Ben Williams have asked us to share the total amount raised in memory of Ben for ‘Liverpool CHICS’ (Children’s Hospital and Community Support) which was £2162.50.
The charity is based at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital, founded and run by parents of children who have experienced childhood cancer. It provides various forms of invaluable support throughout the cancer journey.
Ben’s family would like to thank the community for their kindness, support and generosity at this incredibly difficult time. 💙

As Movember draws to a close, we’d like thank each and every one of you for all of the kind shares, donations and support towards our lovely Joe’s fundraising efforts. Joe’s initial target was £100 but amazingly this has surpassed all expectations and we can proudly share, that with 2 days still remaining, the total raised now stands at £1131. This is a phenomenal amount and every contribution, big or small, has helped change the face of men's health. Thank you once again for your kindness and generosity.

The late Jean Rawsthorne (nee Rimmer)
Gillian, Paul, Heather and all the Rawsthorne family would like to say a huge thank you for all of the lovely cards and messages of condolence following the death of Jean on the 5th September, aged 97 years. A truly amazing lady. A heartfelt thank you also goes for the donations given so generously in her name which amounted to £920 - a reflection of the high regard in which she was held. As she wished this has now been forwarded to the Rector for the benefit of St Mary’s Church, Rufford with Holmeswood.
Thanks once again.
