A topic very close to my heart this month, we will be talking about choices during labour and birth.

Join us this Saturday at 10.30am 💕

Our discussion topic this months is CHOICE. The key takeaway message is simple: YOU HAVE A CHOICE.
You have the right to ask questions. You have the right to decide what happens to your own body. You are 'allowed'. And this means you can make choices that other people don't agree with, that they would not choose if they were in your shoes, or that they feel are utterly and completely WRONG. You are the key decision maker in your maternity care.
To discuss this and find out more, come to your nearest Positive Birth Movement group. They are friendly spaces who welcome everyone, no matter what choices they hope to make or did make for their birth! There is no right or wrong, there is only what feels right for you.

✨ Our next meeting is going to be on Saturday 7th December at 10.30am. Slightly earlier in the month than usual, as everyone gets super busy in the run up to Christmas ✨

And while we are on the festive subject, I’d like to reassure you that festive tea and mince pies will be served, to satisfy all your Christmas cravings!🎄

These dilation pumpkins are the scariest thing I’ve seen all night. 🎃🙀 🤣

It was set up by midwives at the Royal Oldham Hospital in Lancashire, England as part of a pumpkin decorating competition.
